昨日はバルーンありがとうございました‼️3人ともすごい興奮してました。とくにswordがすごい人気。各々なんだかよくわからない奇声をあげて楽しんでました。あとはルイージと亀のもすごい上手！フローズンのアナとエルサはK-ちゃんのお気に入り。象はC-ちゃんのお気に入りでした。

とにかくすごい大成功。あんなにはしゃぐ姿を我が家で見れるとは。親たちもあんなによくできた風船を見たのは初めてだって言ってました。

Dragon for advertise picture 広告用龍

We are attending an festival in Jan 25th at crossroad mall in Bellevue.

 And we need some balloon pictures for advertise.

It is Japanese new year event, so I made a dragon. (It's a symbol of good luck)

1月25日にベルビュークロスロードモールで行われるお正月祭りに虹風船も参加します。

広告に使うための風船を作っています。縁起かつぎに龍なんですが、写真使ってもらえるかな〜。

その前にやっぱり後ろ足つけたほうがいいかな〜。汗

 8 petal purple flower. (And pink flower from yesterday)

Each flower I about 1F. So it will be gorgeous if we use those flowers for arch or big pole decoration.

I will try use this for animal tomorrow! 

今日も花に挑戦。8枚花びらのお花を作ってみました。一個の花が大きいので、(約30cm)

たくさん作ったら迫力有りそうです。アーチに使ったら華やかになるだろうな…。

明日は動物でこのスキルを使ってみます。上手くできるといいけど…。

Flower practice

First time I tried the flower that inflate the balloon inside the pink(outside) balloon.

Lots of balloon artists who make beautiful sculptures use this technique.

It's just difficult!! Need practice a lot. But this skill expand the variety of the shapes of the flower and more things.

 

風船の中に風船が入っていて、それを膨らましてもっとリアルな形を作るお花に

挑戦してみました。難しい・・・。

でも、これができるようになると、作品の出来上がりがぐっとリアルになります。

すごい作品を作っているバルーンアーティストさん達はよくこのテクニックを使っています。

練習あるのみですが、頑張ります。

Christmas arch

We made a Christmas arch for the yugakusha preschool. During making that, many people took photos. It took 3hours to finish the arch but I had to prepared Santa and the snowman which has one heart balloon in his body. The teachers and preschoolers liked it so much. They will have Christmas party in 23rd and take photos with Santa. Happy merry Christmas!!

今日は遊学舎でクリスマスアーチを作りました。作っている途中沢山の人達が写真を撮りに来てましたよ。アーチ部分だけは3時間で終わりましたがサンタや雪だるまは事前に用意したので結構時間がかかりました。雪だるまは体にハートが一つ入ってるんですよ！23日にクリスマスパーティーでサンタさんが来るらしいです。楽しみですね。

Lots of potential weaving /編み込み

Weaving has lots of way to use for balloons. Rainbow, dragon body, tree trunk etc. 

This is my first trial but seems it works well! I will make something real work with this soon!

編み込みは龍の体とか、木の幹とか、虹とか、いろんな事に応用ができるので、作ってみました。練習までに。これはイケル！これだけでかなり強度がありますが、芯に沿って作ったら面白いモノが出来そうです。近々実際の作品に取り入れてみます。

Birthday party event

I went a birthday party event today. The birthday girl turned one. I thought she won't ask balloons and brought a gift for her family.

this is for my children but we had princess theme birthday party today.

Two birthday girls poles, 3 table center piece and bring home gift (put balloon animals on m&m's candy cane) 

one mistake was.... should bring more helium filled balloons. end of the party all children wanted floating balloons but I didn't have enough....

Pocket monster

I made pocket monster arch balloon today. The birthday boy is fan of pocket monster and showed me many monster characters to me. I didn't know them except pikachew but tried to make them. The birthday party is tomorrow and I home he likes them.

Xmas decoration delivery クリスマスデコレーション

One Japanese reading group MIMIBUNKO has nuts cracker event tomorrow and next Saturday, so we delivered decoration for that event. Thank you for letting us make the decoration!!

Thank you balloon

I made a gift balloon for a teacher who leave at school today. She was the most popular from children. I made a big heart and put her on top and children in the middle. Oops the girl is almost fall down in this picture. Than you and goodbye 'A'!!

Wedding party

I made wedding decorations on last Saturday. The bride drew the face on the groom balloon and vice versa. It become entertaining at the party but I don't have the picture of the bride and groom balloon picture...sorry. The "LOVE " balloons were popular at the party.

Xmas Nutcracker decoration (sample)

I made a nutcracker(sample) for Xmas event.

There is an event rehearsal tomorrow in Bellevue so I am going to bring this Sample :)

This is about 4.5 feet.

 

House warming party

I made a housewarming decoration. The house part took a little longer to make. I should have made bigger decoration because the house was big:p

Halloween event at preschool #2

We went Halloween party at yugakusha preschool where I decorated. I prepared sample photos for balloons but kids didn't matter the photos and asked whatever they wanted. One of boys asked us a Moter bicycle witch never made before. We took longer time to make but made it for him and he was happy. We should practice more variety balloons.

We put small treat to each balloons because it's halloween!

Most popular balloon was "Cat" :)

子供達に風船作って来ましたよ〜。一番人気は猫でした。何故か。

それぞれの風船にキャンディーを入れてtrick or treat 風にしてみました。

Another Halloween pole for preschool

I renewed the old pole to this new version at the yugakusha preschool. The skeleton was popular. When I was making it, the other school students came to watch the decoration. I was happy that many people was impressed by that.

One mom requested me an angel with purple dress. First trial for me so took a while but she liked it :)

Ghost gate for Halloween party

We had little early halloween party with friends and we had small haunted house.

So we made ghost gate! Someone hide behind the gate and grabbed the foot or shaken the entire gate to scare children. That scared kids a lot!! Sorry!!! The gate had good review from everyone.

We will make that next year too.

少し早めのハローウィンパーティへ行きました。参加家族が協力してミニお化け屋敷も

やるということで、風船でおばけ門を作成。子供達が通過の際には足を捕まえたり、門をわさわさ揺する事で、臨場感を。

泣かせてしまった子もいましたが…、殊の外好評だったので、来年もどこかで作ろうと思います。

Princess wand and tiara

I think we will see many Frozen Elsas at Halloween this year. I tried to make the wand and tiara set.

Halloween decorations at preschool

 

Today I made a Halloween decoration at a preschool and teachers and kids are so happy but preschoolers want to touch that. Unfortunately, that kind of decoration is not durable and seems like popping up during class. I should figure out how to avoid to break soon.

先ほど、幼稚園に風船のデコレーションを作ってきました。先生達もとても喜んでくれたのですが、園児達はすぐに触りたくなるのでクラスの間に壊れてしまいそうです。あまり子供達が触れないように工夫する必要がありそうです。

We got a balloon decoration request for birthday boy "N"

The theme was "vehicle" what he likes, so we made raibow arch with helicopter, airplane etc.The hot air balloon in the center hunging from the cloud, there is a picture of the birthday boy and his sister.

Parents and grand parents liked our arch;)

お誕生日デコレーションのご依頼を頂きました。2歳の男の子。

リクエストは大好きな"乗り物"がテーマです。雲から下げた気球には誕生日のN君とお姉ちゃんの写真を気球にのっているようにみたてて乗せてみました。(ご両親に予め笑顔で万歳をしている写真をと、お願いしてありました。)

ご両親にも遊びにいらっしゃていたおじいちゃんおばあちゃんにも喜んで頂けました。

Scarecrow

Recently, I feel Halloween season is getting longer. My kids speak Japanese but they didn't know Japanese word of scarecrow "Kakashi". I made one to teach what is that for kids.
